Forgot Username or NUID
Recovering a forgotten Username shouldn’t be much of a problem at all, solution for such circumstances have been made possible by the Kaiser Permanente Health Organization.
If you ever forget your username, the support team can help you recover it by asking you a few questions. For example, your Full name and birth date details linked to account, and any other means of identification to prove account ownership.
How To Recover Kaiser MyHR NUID or Username?
With the Kaiser Permanente My HR Portal or it mobile app, you can use the Forgot your Username feature to retrieve it. Follow this simple steps;
Step 1: Visit the Kaiser My HR Login page: copy this url link and open your web browser at (https://signon.kp.org).
Step 2: Find and click on “Forgot NUID” option, it’s available below the login page. However, if you do not remember your password, you may need to reset it by clicking on “Forgot password?” also.
Step 3: Enter the requested information which includes some personal information to verify your identity. These are your:
- First and Last Name
- Date of Birth (if you have forgotten any of this, contact your HR department or call support via 1-877-457-4772)
Step 4: After entering the required information, click on the “Continue” button. There’s no extra security CaptCha verification to proof you are a human accessing the portal.
Step 5: Check Your Email: If your submitted information matches the information on our file, you will receive an email containing your username. Do well to check your Junk or Spam Folders just incase you didn’t receive it to your inbox.
